Ship policy

1 - In Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City:

- Customers in the inner city of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City will be transported to the place, COD payment after receiving and checking products.

- Home delivery requests require accurate information about the recipient, address and phone number.

- Transportation fee in the inner city is at least 20k/1 order.

2 - Suburban and other provinces nationwide

Pay after recieve

- For customers in suburban areas or in other provinces of Dong Nai and Hanoi, we deliver goods by postage and use COD service (collection) from transport partners.

- Customers will directly pay shipping and COD fees depending on the service that the customer chooses to use when exchanging with the salesperson and agreeing to purchase the product.

3 - Prepayment:

- If customers prepay 100% of the value of the product through the account of Cocoa Trong Duc, you will save COD fee (Collection)

- Immediately after receiving the payment via bank transfer, the counselor will call to inform the customer directly and schedule delivery. Depending on the customer's address and the shipping service that the customer has agreed upon, the delivery time may be from 1 to 7 days depending on the province.

4 – Buy and pay directly at the shop:

- Customers who call pre-order then   go directly to one of the following addresses to pick up the goods: distributor and branch of CA CAO TRONG DUC
