Enterprises closely link with farmers to build large cocoa fields

Not only in Trang Bom, farmers in other localities have also successfully planted cocoa trees in cashew orchards. Since 2011, Cocoa Company has linked farmers in Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Thuan and Lam Dong provinces ... to invest in developing cocoa intensive areas according to UTZ standards (certificate Good international production receipt). By 2014, the company was one of the first enterprises approved by Dong Nai province to build a large cocoa field.

Similarly, Nguyen Loc ADICO Co., Ltd (Hang Gon, TX Long Khanh) is also building a large cocoa field project on an area of 200ha. Recently, a company in Ho Chi Minh City has also put the issue of linking with farmers in Trang Bom district to make 1,000 hectares of cocoa intercropping cashew in communes of An Vien, Dong Hoa and Song Trau.
