How to make home-based hot cocoa powder is very simple

On cold weather days, I just want to sit by the window watching the rain and sip a hot mug and I think many other friends too. So I decided to post the "recipe" that I had been holding for a long time. Moreover, my best friend requested hot cocoa powder many times. Actually, this is too simple to be considered a recipe because just mixing 3 ingredients together is done. Each time you only need to heat up 240 ml of unsweetened milk and stir it 30 grams of flour until it is melted. My favorite is the hot cocoa beans made at home, which are not sweet and full of name chemicals that are not as pronounced as those bought at supermarkets. When I tried this recipe I found a medium sweet taste, but depending on the taste of each person if it is too sweet, just add cocoa, too bitter, add sugar and stir well when the milk is still hot. Note that the use of cocoa is as pure as possible because in this recipe I use a kind of bitter cocoa more than I see or sell in many Vietnamese bakeries.

MATERIAL: (enough to make 10 cups of cocoa)

+ 160 grams of ground sugar

+ 60 grams of pure cocoa powder without sugar

+ 25 grams of corn flour (optional but cocoa will be a little bit loose)

MAKING:

B1: In a bowl, mix the ingredients by beating eggs until blended.

B2: When you want to drink, heat up 240 ml of unsweetened fresh milk in the microwave for about 1 minute. Hot milk then mix 30 gr (2 tablespoons) of flour and stir until it dissolves. You can add marshmallows, whipped cream or cinnamon / cocoa powder on top if you want.

* So the recipe is complete, just open the film, curl up in the blanket to sip the hot cocoa cup.
